Welcome to Lorentis. This legal document governs the use of lorentis.cc and services delivered by our cinematic production company. By accessing our space, you agree to these corporate terms in full.
Lorentis supplies premium business visuals, advertisement production, sound engineering, and post-production color mastering. Specific delivery timelines, hardware specs, and dynamic pricing metrics require a signed, written media contract before capture can begin.
To reserve camera crews, physical studio stages, or pre-production personnel, clients must complete agreed bookings and pay a dynamic, non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances are due strictly upon presenting watermarked proof cuts, before final high-resolution materials are released.
Clients are solely responsible for securing necessary local location filming permits, regional access rights, copyright permissions for external imagery, and trademarks related to resources supplied to Lorentis for editing.
Lorentis retains complete global copyrights and intellectual property rights over work in progress, raw frames, grading profiles, and custom compositions until agreed payment balances are fully resolved. Upon payment settlement, visual rights are transferred as specified in the service agreement.
Our website, digital systems, and preliminary creative edits are provided "as is" without guarantees. Lorentis cannot be held liable for third-party delays, natural weather interference, unexpected local travel closures, power outages, or hardware failures during live filming events.
These terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of Kenya. Any unresolved disputes will be addressed exclusively in competent courts situated inside Nairobi, Kenya.
